Hasselblad just introduced a new X-mount lens: the Hasselblad XCD 4/45P. This lightweight and compact glass is the “world’s lightest digital medium format autofocus lens in the market today,” according to Hasselblad. Let’s take a closer look at it! It is an excellent all-around autofocus lens option to keep on your camera at all times. Image credit: Hasselblad This tiny and compact autofocus lens is only 1.85in/47mm long for a weight of 0.7lbs/320g. The lens design consists of 9 elements in 7 groups with two aspherical elements. The minimum focusing distance is pretty small at only 13.8in/35cm, which is handy as an everyday lens. The front filter is 62mm. Price and Availability The Hasselblad XCD 4/45P will be available at the end of this month for $1099.00/1199€.
